Lyumjev (insulin lispro) and Semglee (insulin glargine) will be two new BRANDS of insulin that may pop up on home med lists.

Lyumjev starts working about 10 minutes faster than other lispro products (Admelog, Humalog)...due to additives that speed absorption. It's an "ultrafast-acting" insulin...similar to Fiasp (insulin aspart).

But this doesn't matter much. Lyumjev and Fiasp's A1C reduction and hypoglycemia risk seem similar to other rapid-acting insulins.
